Social Visual Page

Do you really have a private life online? (social network privacy loss due to friends)

For those interested in building a home business Social Network Sites are extremely fertile ground for creating all the endless free leads you could ever need. The trick is in knowing how to plant the seeds, cultivate them, watch them bud then sprout until they are ready to pluck from the ground and replant them in your business.

There are those who only want to “plant” or grow things by playing a certain game that is very popular on Facebook. It’s all the rage to move in next door to a friend or relative and begin building on your Farmville virtual acreage. It may be fun for some but it won’t make you a dime.

On a personal note, how many “pretend” cows, pigs, goats, horses or corn you could raise may not be on your list of things to do. On the other hand you may thoroughly enjoy it. However, if you’re serious about making money online, your “cultivation” should have everything to do with finding the perfect business prospect or potential Associate.

Let’s face it, if you haven’t heard of Facebook, MySpace, Tagged, LinkedIn and other Social Network sites you have probably been in a coma, living on an island with no communications whatsoever or you haven’t made the decision to enter the 21st Century.

Now here’s where things get dicey. Let’s say you have the desire to find a way to use Social Networks to build your business, so you create your page (let’s use Facebook for an example) and begin inviting friends and relatives to join. Now what?

First of all, make sure your page doesn’t look like a used car lot with every URL and graphic from your business in every nook and cranny. Also, consider the profile picture you use. If you’re wearing a bikini (I’m speaking of women of course) you will give the instant impression you’re not serious about business, you want a date. Or if you’re a man, don’t put up a picture of yourself and your buddies holding beer glasses in the air with kegs and food packages visible all over the room. Again, no one will take you seriously as someone they’d like to do business with.

If you’re going to use your page for a business, have it look professional. To make it even easier, there are “experts” in Social Networking on line who can guide you from A to Z in how to set up your page, how to invite people and more important, WHO to invite to be on your friend’s list and also how to make the first approach.

A good “Coach” can provide scripts and examples of what to say and what not to say. Why start from scratch by yourself if experts are available who can show you how to monetize your time online within hours instead of weeks or months.
There’s lots of money to be made using Social Networks to build your business.

All you have to do is get started, find a good Trainer, follow their instructions and soon you’ll be reaping the rewards of time well-spent online.
